SQR Spam Email Guide

The following will show you how to use SQR Spam Email to release, whitelist and blacklist alleged spam emails and domains.

Step 1.

You will have received an email that contains a list of email(s) that have been sent to you but, were caught by the SQR Spam filter.




2. You should click on the second column hypertext. 



This will bring up the website, it will begin to load. If the link does not work, please navigate to the beginning of the URL in your browser and type in "https://"


add "https://" as shown:



Step 3. Log in to the website using your Employee ID and password.


Step 4. If you have any spam emails, they will show up here or in your 'Spam' tab.



Blacklist / Whitelist

In order to access your Blacklist/Whitelist, click the 'Personalize' tab on the righthand side:




from here you can also select the language to display this portal and future emails:


to access your Blacklist/Whitelist select the 'Black List' tab on this page.


Here you can add domains, IPs and specific email addresses to your Black List and your White List:
