[Service outage-Fully Restored ] Dahua Internal Services Unexpected Outage

Dear All,

We’re currently experiencing a service outage for our internal services such as email , GSP and EBS. Our team is actively working on resolving the issue and experts are working tirelessly to restore service as quickly as possible. We are expecting to have all services restored in the next 30 to 45mins. thank you for your patience and understanding.

Updates: 
@9:30am : Access to email and account login services should be fully restored. If you still having issue logging into your email, please contact itsupport.usa@dahuatech.com. 
@9:30am: Dahua Employee Internal Portal should be fully restored.
@9:40am: EBS access is now fully restored.
@9:50am : Access to Online portal( AKA inventory checking) for both external and internal users were fully restored.
@9:50am: Access to GSP and other services should be fully restored now. If you are still having issue logging into any services, please contact IT Help Desk for support.
