How to install GoToMeeting Outlook Plug-in

To install GTM outlook plug-in:

1.       Install MS .Net Framework 4.6.1:

2.       Install VS 2010 Tools for Office Runtime
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48217

3.       Install the Outlook Plugin
https://builds.getgocdn.com/builds/calendarintegration/outlook/G2M/setup.exe

4.       After the plug-in installation, start-up your outlook and you will see additional icons at the top of your outlook program screen.




5.       When you are creating a new GTM call/meeting, you will then have the option to edit the meeting options which include adding more than one county’s dial-in number for conference calls.
