How to E-Sign A Document

Step 1. Open the document in Adobe Reader

Step 2. Click 'Fill & Sign' and click 'Place Signature'

Then you'll follow the prompts provided to create a new signature. Please read the instructions carefully.

Once complete, you should be able to click an area to place your signature or drag a rectangle encompassing the area in which you would like your signature to appear.
